How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, international delivery generally takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package anytime through our tracking page.

My tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early or leave them in secure places.
Before contacting us, please:

check around your property, check with neighbors, check with your building concierge (if applicable).

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will help investigate.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us immediately at info@comfykins.com with the correct information.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

Why does my tracking say “No information available”?

Some carriers take 2 to 5 business days to update tracking information.
If more than 5 business days pass without any update, contact our support team for assistance.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer.
However:

If the product is defective, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to return it—we’ll send you a free replacement.

What if my product is defective?

If your bracelet or keychain arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with:

your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo or short video if possible.

We will send you a free replacement right away.

Can I return an opened product?

Yes. Under our 90-Day Guarantee, you may return your item even if it has been opened and worn—no justification needed.

What happens after I return my item?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will verify it and process your refund within 2–7 business days, back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be prepared for shipment.
